This unique partnership will redevelop a former Navy Brownfield in a way that will regenerate the economy, culture, and environment for the City of Richmond and Guidiville Tribe. Through creation of a five-star tribal destination resort and ecological village on this historic shoreline property, the Project will sustain thousands of long-term, living-wage jobs and extraordinary revenues for the City, while preserving and enhancing open space, extending the Bay Trail and shoreline parks, and supporting community programs.

This website describes the Project, how it will restore a land base that was illegally taken from the Guidiville Tribe, and how the Project will contribute to Richmond's future.
